Ex-Marine Sentenced on Attempted Sexual Misconduct

YUMA, Ariz.- The Ex- Marine arrested after allegations of sexual misconduct with a 4- year old girl received his sentence on Wednesday. Bradley Allen Calimer received 5 years with 485 days credit as part of his plea agreement. Included in the plea agreement Calimer pled guilty to the lesser charge of attempted sexual misconduct with a minor and pled no contest to a second charge of attempted sexual misconduct with a child. Upon release from prison, Calimer will have intensive probation for life and will have to register as a sex offender. In May of last year, the victim’s father reported the incident to the Sheriff’s Office. Calimer was later questioned and taken into custody.
