IMPERIAL, Calif. – The Imperial County Sheriff’s Office said a woman from Imperial is facing several charges of animal cruelty. ICSO said the case involves four horses that were discovered in July.
The Imperial County District Attorney’s Office reviewed the case and approved the four felony counts of animal cruelty against Imperial resident Carly Ann Bogue. Bogue appeared in Imperial County Superior Court Monday and was arraigned, pleading not guilty.
A pre-trial conference has been scheduled for September 24 at the Brawley Superior Court.
