One person hospitalized after road rage turns into an altercation

According to the Yuma Police Department, Saturday afternoon road rage quickly turned into a shoving match when one driver allegedly cut off the other. Around 12:30 p.m., a motorcyclist and car were on Pacific avenue heading towards 24th street, when they got into a bit of road rage.  Investigators say a motorcycle carrying two people possibly cut off another car on Pacific avenue. The motorcyclist’s passenger tells us they cut off the car trying to make it to the light.
That’s when they believe the driver got out of his car at a stop light to confront the motorcyclist., which turned into a shoving match. No one was arrested and investigators are reviewing video taken by a camera the motorcyclist had on his helmet. Authorities say they are unsure if alcohol was a factor.
