Tax filing deadline and possible problems online filers may face

Tomorrow is the tax deadline so that means people across the country are rushing to get them finished.

Experts say local certified tax specialists are seeing more people who are filing their taxes this year as well as seeing more people getting refunds.

On the other hand, experts say if you’ve filed your taxes online, make sure to give them a once-over to make sure there are no errors.

“We’ve seen more of growth of people doing online taxes … are having to come in and get them repaired.” says Joan Richards of H&R Block.

For those that won’t have time to file taxes, local experts say to at least file for an extension to avoid any trouble with the IRS.
