YUMA, Ariz.- The Arizona Farm and Ranching Hall of Fame committee has selected its newest additions and one of them lives right here in the desert southwest. For years Dr. Kurt Nolte has been the voice of agriculture for Yuma County. He’s a scientist and an educator and will soon be recognized for his efforts for generations to come. The committee takes into account a nominees contributions in the fields of farming, ranching, agri-business, education and science. Dr. Nolte will be inducted during a special ceremony set for March of 2016.
