Yuma and non-profit featured in motion picture
A movie premiere right here in Yuma, featuring a local non-profit.
It’s called The Caravan Film and the Arizona premier is this Saturday, February 6th.
The film follows international carriage drivers and horse riders who willingly alter their lives for a five month pilgrimage.
With ages ranging from 11 to 80, they travel from California to Florida – over 2,500 miles.
They all venture through iconic landscapes, over mountains, through deserts, and opening an unexpected portal to personal growth.
Along the way, the group stopped in Yuma, and stayed with Saddles of Joy, our local non-profit offering therapeutic horseback rides to children and adults with disabilities.
